Throughout this first semester of me studying in Florence, my roommate Kathleen and I (with guest appearances from Anna) have made many meals for ourselves.  Here I will share them with you!

This was our first meal.  We breaded and baked chicken and booked some broccoli.

I made a fritata for me and Kathleen.  My dad taught me how to make this!

We bought a frozen pizza and baked it in our oven.  Does this count as something we’ve made?  Well we did cook it.  Im saying yes

We made chicken cutlet and brought it to a sort of “pot-luck” dinner!

We made chicken again, but this time for dinner with our roommates.

One night I made a ramen soup! I got frozen peas ad carrots, and some ramen noodles from the international market, and some chicken flavoring.  It was good and very college.

I made a stir fry.  This contained rice noodles, carrots, peppers, chicken, and soy sauce.

Me, Kathleen and Anna decided we wanted to make breakfast for dinner.  We had eggs, bacon, and pancakes!

WE MADE PUMPKIN PIE.

I made a sesame pasta.  This is a cold pasta that my mom makes at home for us.  It is chilli oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, spaghetti, chives, and sesame seeds.  This is super easy to make and very tasty.

I’m very proud of me during this semester because OI learned to cook for myself!
